CCE (Customer Care Executive)

Job Title: CCE (Customer Care Executive) Experience: Min 6 Months in International Calling (US Accent preferred) Age: Minimum 18 years
Qualification & Certifications: Preferably Graduates (pursuing graduation will also be considered)
Gender: Male / Female
Department: Tele-calling Job Timings: : 5:30 pm to 12:30 am and 11:30 pm to 6:30 am (2 shifts) Mon to Fri
8:30 pm to 2:30 am on Sat/Sun
Hours: 7 hours weekdays and 6 hours weekends
Week off rotational between Sat / Sun

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls as needed from prospective clients.
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations on floor– as advised at the time of training.
  • Appease an irritated customer, be polite but firm with an annoying one, help a poor speaker communicate his/her requirements well and assuage the feelings of an unsatisfied customer.
  • Maintain good telephone etiquettes. Never cut a call abruptly, talk too loudly or be rude and abrupt.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and gather all possible information about their needs. Should question effectively and listen patiently to acquire all details about the problems in any.
  • Coordinate with other departments for resolving customer’s complaints and fulfilling their requests.
  • Escalate customer issues to supervisors where needed.
  • Key in the details of the conversations had with the client.

Skills:

  • Excellent English – spoken, written, comprehension.
  • Good logical and analytical capabilities.

  • Reporting making – basic.

Floor Supervisor / Manager

Job Title: Floor Supervisor / Manager Experience: Min 2 years in international calling with 6 months in a supervisory role (US Accent preferred) Age: Minimum 21 years
Qualification & Certifications: Graduates
Gender: Male / Female
Department: Tele-calling Job Timings: : 5:30 pm to 12:30 am and 11:30 pm to 6:30 am (2 shifts) Mon to Fri

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth flow of operations on floor from both the client/CCE’s end.
  • Manage staffing levels to balance workflow and meet demand, address time & attendance issues to ensure schedule adherence, maintain administrative details of employment appraisals & disciplinary actions etc. - report to senior management re work related issues on floor on an immediate basis.
  • Report to senior management re work flow, generate reports - calls taken, sales etc. as instructed by the management on a daily basis.
  • Inspire and motivate staff and give them the apt support they need when dealing with difficult customers - take Sup calls on an as needed basis.
  • Check break timings while ensuring adequate login time.
  • Handle complex enquiries and surmount everyday challenges involved in adjusting resources to meet demand.
  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
  • Monitor calls against defined criteria for quality & efficiency in order to maximize revenue & customer experience. Provide feedback to agents and provide associated coaching to address performance gaps.

Medical Biller / Medical Billing

The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in Medical Billing. Job openings for Charge Posting, Payment Posting, and AR follow up. This is a full-time position.

This position requires an individual who is detail oriented, a team player and has the ability to work on multiple projects. Good communication skills are required and must be very computer literate.

The successful candidate should:

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with insurance companies to determine the status of medical claims.
  • Address issues that may prevent the timely payment of claims such as billing errors and the denial of claims and, where appropriate, resubmit claims to insurance carriers.
  • Complete telephone and written appeals of claims that have been paid incorrectly by insurance carriers.
  • Knowledge and experience in medical billing, the healthcare industry and the effective management of accounts receivable.
